Grant has done the following in his practice:
- We are questioning all patients when we phone an appointment reminder the day before.
- We are also limiting support people to one.
- We have hand sanitiser at reception and are inviting patients to use it, and on every desk, and encouraging staff to hand wash regularly.
- We are also wiping down all flat surfaces with Clinill.
